Wow! We have been so busy lately. So many fun different things and Mommy has done a really bad job of keeping up with it all here. In June we had so much fun with Mommy's friends Tracy, Jeannie, and Miriam and all of their families too. Everyone came, stayed, and played lots and lots. We had so much fun eating together, playing at our house, going to the beach, splashing in the fountain, visiting animals at the zoo, and just hanging out. It was great to see you play with your new friends Mabel, Kai, and Grady. You and Mabel had so much fun together, and Kai played with you ladies too! There are so many pictures, but I just couldn't leave any out!
Jeannie let you and Mabel help feed Charlie. I don't know how Charlie felt about it, but you and Mabes loved it! Tracy and Miriam watched from upstairs.
You and Mabel shared so well! Such nice sharing. I also love the matching pig tails!
On Father's Day we had a big bar-b-que to celebrate all the dads! Daddy made such yummy hamburgers for everyone, and there was tons of other great food too. It was such a nice day we got to play and eat outside.
Another favorite was bath time. You and Mabel loved playing in the bath together. Jeannie did a great job getting some cute pictures of your first bath together. Poor Mabel got drenched!
After bathtime, we went back outside to get a picture with everyone. Although we were sad that Mike couldn't really be with us, if you look close, he's in the picture!
The next day we went to the beach. It was such a nice day at the beach. We got to dig in the sand, play in the water a little, and eat a great lunch at Mo's! Mabel really loved to taste the sand!
Miriam and Mabel had to leave Wednesday morning, so we had to get a picture of all the kids before they left. Here's the prep team making last minute adjustments!
Mabel has the best sad fast ever. We all joked that she should be an actress because she can go from being really happy to looking like this in an instant! Oh Mabes, it will be okay!
When it was just the Smith family and us, we decided that we should go to the zoo while the daddys worked. It started out chilly, but ended up being a great day for the zoo. There were lots of animals we couldn't see, but we had a great time seeing sea lions, elephants, penguins, a sun bear, and other animals too!
Thanks friends, for all of the fun memories! We can't wait to do it again! Hazel, we are so blessed to have such wonderful friends!
